   Sync your AirPods to your case again. Sometimes, AirPods can fall out of sync with its case. This can happen if you have a replacement case, borrow someone else's, or have mismatched AirPods.

   • To sync your AirPods again, disconnect them on any connected devices, then place them back in their case.

   Make sure there's no debris in the charging port. Dirt and dust can lodge itself in the charging port of the case and within the case itself. Clean your AirPods and AirPods case using a microfiber cloth and a dry, soft-bristled brush.

   Reset the AirPods to factory settings. Once reset, you'll need to pair them to your device again. Do the following:

   • Place the AirPods in their case and close the lid. Wait for 30 seconds.
