Fred

I've been wanting to lose weight for a long time. My wife has been nudging me kindly about it but this was really the push that I needed. Got a lot of good advice and motivation.

Carrie

I really liked the part on calories and exercise — I learned a lot. The whole thing was written very well and felt really supportive.

Maya

I am excited to work on my cooking habits -- no one really taught me how to cook, so I'm starting from scratch, but this gave me a lot of info on what to eat, which I know is going to help me lose weight based on my current diet.
