What you will learn

  • The underlying causes of back soreness and tightness

  • Variations of each stretch, based on your unique needs
  • The "why" behind each stretch through bonus readings
  • How to create a stretching routine that will benefit your body in the long run

Why should you take this course?

  1. Minimize the impact long-term stress has taken on your back. Back pain can be a minor nuisance but become debilitating over time. Small changes that you take now can have immediate positive effects on your health, and can also prevent chronic pain in the future.
  2. Shake up your routine and give your body relief from days spent in a desk chair. Working all day in a similar position creates tense muscles and is hard on your back and body. Learning small stretch interventions will set you up for calmer, more focused, and pain-free days.
  3. Instantly relax and allow yourself a moment of calm each day. Giving your body a chance to stretch, breathe, and unwind will make a huge difference in the way you feel each day, mentally and physically.

I hate stretching and always need a little extra motivation to get it done. Getting these lessons every day helped keep it light and doable. I felt SO much better after doing each one.

Tyler

I'm getting older and feeling stiff, but stuff like jogging is too much for me. These gentle stretches felt really good. I come back to them often. I liked the diagrams, very clear.

Sherri

I learned about some new stretches and they're favorites now! They're just really simple and relaxing. Thanks for putting this together. I did them with my kid and it was nice quality time too.
